Few says that software must be built by people who understand human problems... and that the Business Intelligence industry isn't there yet. He did a Business Objects demo that was slightly less painful than the recount of his interaction with Comcast.

Stephen encouraged us all to get mad at hell at technology being used against the interest of humans...
