We are looking for a part-time, permanent, experienced Contracts Attorney who will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s commercial contracts and who has a passion for internal and external customer service. In order to successfully manage the contract process, you will interact with our customers and various departments within our growing company.

Requirements

• 5+ years corporate contract experience to include: drafting, review, negotiation and analysis with an emphasis in software licensing transactions. Experience must also include End User License Agreements (EULA) and Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA).
• Current member in good standing of the Washington bar with a JD from an accredited law school.
• Developed business acumen, with ability to understand the company’s business and anticipate the nature and magnitude of issues that could arise in various settings.
