    Tableau offers a comprehensive benefits package. We pay 100% of the monthly premium for all qualified (full time) employees and 85% of monthly premiums for dependant coverage for medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a Flexible Spending Account.

    Our 401(k) Plan can help you plan for the future and your retirement needs. We offer a standard 401(k) as well as a Roth 401(k) which includes a variety of investments options to choose from.
  3. Relax + Rest
    All Tableau employees earn 1.25 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) per month or 15 days per year. PTO may be taken as soon as it is accrued. We observe 8 federal holidays and offer 2 additional floating holidays for you to enjoy on your own time doing what you love.

    Tableau’s culture is casual and comfortable - from attire to food. Located in the “center of the universe” (Fremont) Tableau is a group of foodies who love their work and like to have fun.
