Better toolbars/context menus

in Wouldn't it be nice if...

I am finding that some of the menu options I use most are buried in submenus - it'd be nice to be able to add/remove toolbars so that i can put any of my own "favourite" commands in a place where I can get to them straight away.

This is a big issue with the Reset Cards/View cards options for me. I find that I set up a nice interactive chart and then if it needs to be edited at a later date, it's a pain to drill down to show the cards you want.

I have just noticed that there is actually a "Cards" button on the default toolbar which does most of what I was griping about relating to cards! HOwever, more customisation for other menu commands would be v. nice...
