Customize default format settings

in Wouldn't it be nice if...

Tableau defaults to 8-point text. We like to do our presentations in 10-point bold. We would love to be able to set up text format defaults to control font, bold/italic, and type size.

As well as font defaults, we'd like to be able to set a default Mark size, particularly for Bars - we always make them fatter than the default (as do you guys, judging from the examples in your blog!)
