Filters: prevent user deselecting all options

in Wouldn't it be nice if...

The Quick Filters are excellent.

But, our users get confused when the whole chart disappears if they untick all the items in the Quick Filter list. It would be really nice to have an option on the context menu where you could prevent the user deselecting all the options.
