How do you vary the thickness of segments in stacked bar charts ?

I'm looking at the "Sales Pipeline" example (the "Sales Summary" worksheet in http://www.tableausoftware.com/gallery/sales-pipeline). How can I vary the thickness of segments in stacked bar charts, as is done in the example? It does not seem to be included in the examples explained in the online help (http://www.tableausoftware.com/onlinehelp/v3.5/online/Output/examples.ht...).

You can put a single dimension on more than one shelf. Assuming you have a stacked bar chart, drag something onto the size shelf (presumably the same thing you have on the color shelf).
