only displaying data summary from table not all data

Hi
I have just started using Tableau Public, please forgive me if this has been answered from somewhere, as I couldn't find it.
Have a simple 3 column csv table, with item (only contains 2 different items), latitude and longitude. I load the data into Tableau and generate the Map using the lat and long, and it works showing the right location. Then I add the item dimension (which is a string). It loads the data, however it only loads 2 records from the data. It calls these a summary, but there are 6 records of each item, each with a different lat and long. On viewing the data, it shows the records but calls it underlining data.
Can anyone please help in getting all the records of the items to display. Guessing I have imported it wrong but not sure.
Many thanks
Robin

Can you post the data? Perhaps you can post a link to what you've got in Tableau Public?

Have upload it to Tableau Public as ripetungi-testdata link: http://public.tableausoftware.com/workbooks/ripetungi-testdata
And the xls is attached, if you load the lat and long and add the names you will see what the problem is with only loading one record.

@ripetungi
By default, latitude and longitude are aggregated to AVG() in Tableau, so you are getting the average value for each (take a look at your row and column shelves). To do what you want, you can right drag these field pills to the appropriate shelves, then choose the disaggregated (bolded) version of the field. That will give you all the points. Also, I noticed that two of jacs points do have the same values for latitude and longitude.
Hope that helps.
MANY BLESSINGS!

Take a look at:

I changed both the lat and long to Dimensions, and added the Number of Records to the size shelf.
