Trend line non zero y-intercept

Greetings,

I need to build (and maintain) a number of statistical charts with trend lines.

It is critical that the trend line intercepts the y-axis at a very specific value, generally 0.5 or 0.75.
Currently the only option is 0 ("Force y-intercept to zero").

Any ideas?
