In this shipping analysis, we can see customer orders mapped on a scatter view of shipping delay (in hours) by bill amount. While most orders ship with no or short delays (and nearly all major orders ship with delays of fewer than 3 hours), there are a fairly significant set of outliers where the delays were 60+ hours.
