Asking detailed questions about satisfaction and performance, they then tabulated all results by vendor for direct comparison. The verdict from compiling Tableau’s results compared to all other 25 vendors? BARC analysts wrote that Tableau’s product “offers fast development times without requiring outside support, combined with low prices. In addition, the product is quite innovative.
The BI Survey 10 also ranked Tableau number one in customer loyalty, lowest total cost of ownership (TCO), and agility (or ease of implementation) across all vendors. Tableau beat out all 25 business intelligence vendors covered.
